All VallariAmore orders are carefully processed and dispatched within 24–48 working hours. During festive seasons or promotional periods, dispatch timelines may vary slightly.
Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via email or SMS. If you do not receive tracking information within the expected timeframe, please contact us.

Wrong Item Delivered
Step 1: Inform us within 3 days of delivery via call or email with your Order ID and clear product images.
Step 2: Our team will review your request within 48 working hours.
Step 3: Upon approval, we will arrange pickup of the incorrect item.
Step 4: After verification, the correct product will be shipped or a refund will be processed.
Item Damaged During Transit
Step 1: Report the damage within 3 days of delivery with images and order details.
Step 2: Our team will review the request within 48 working hours.
Step 3: After approval, we will arrange pickup.
Step 4: Once verified, a replacement will be dispatched or refund initiated.
Returns & Replacement Not Applicable In Cases Of:
• Products that are opened, used, or tampered with
• Missing original packaging
• Requests made after 3 days of delivery
• Damage caused due to improper handling after delivery
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
Once shipped, cancellation will not be possible.
Shipping Charges
Free shipping may be available on orders above a specified cart value.
Applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on eligible orders.
