Wrong Item Delivered – VallariAmore

Step 1 – Raise a replacement request within 3 days from delivery by emailing ghakherricha@gmail.com
or calling 9811369012, along with clear images of the incorrect product and your Order ID.

Step 2 – Please allow 48 working hours for our team to review your request.

Step 3 – Upon approval, we will arrange reverse pickup through our courier partner.

Step 4 – If reverse pickup service is unavailable in your area, we will guide you with an alternative return process.

Step 5 – Once the incorrect product is received and verified, we will dispatch a replacement (subject to stock availability) or initiate a refund.

Item Damaged During Transit – VallariAmore

Step 2 – Allow 48 working hours for review.

Step 3 – Upon approval, our courier partner will arrange pickup of the damaged item.

Step 4 – If reverse pickup is unavailable at your location, we will provide an alternative solution.

Step 5 – Once the product is received and inspected, we will ship a replacement (subject to stock availability) or process a refund.

Return or Replacement Not Applicable In Following Cases

• Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with
• Missing or damaged original packaging
• Requests raised after 3 days from delivery
• Products damaged due to improper handling after delivery
• Customized or made-to-order jewelry items

Order Cancellation – VallariAmore

Orders may be cancelled only before they are processed or dispatched.
Once processed or shipped, cancellation will not be possible.

Shipping Charges – VallariAmore

We may offer Free Shipping on orders above a minimum cart value (subject to change).
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on eligible orders.
Shipping charges displayed at checkout will be considered final.

Pricing Information – VallariAmore

While we strive to ensure accuracy in product descriptions, images, and pricing, occasional typographical or technical errors may occur. The final price is confirmed only after successful order placement.

If a product is listed incorrectly due to an error, VallariAmore reserves the right to cancel or refuse the order unless it has already been dispatched. In such cases, we may contact you for confirmation or cancel the order with notification.

An order is considered accepted only once dispatched. Until dispatch, we reserve the right to modify pricing or cancel orders with proper notice.

If payment has been processed for a cancelled order, the full amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
