Welcome to VallariAmore. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming your purchase.
1. Product Information
All our jewellery pieces are carefully handcrafted and quality-checked before dispatch.
Slight variations in color, finish, or stone shade may occur due to lighting, photography, and screen differences.
As most pieces are handcrafted, minor variations may occur and are considered a natural part of the design.
VallariAmore reserves the right to make minor design modifications for quality improvement without prior notice.
2. Order Confirmation
Orders are confirmed only after full payment is received unless Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for the order.
VallariAmore reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspicious activity.
Customers must provide accurate delivery details including address, phone number, and pin code.
VallariAmore will not be responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.
3. Shipping & Delivery
Standard Delivery
Orders are usually delivered within 5–7 working days from the date of dispatch.
Delivery timelines may vary depending on the customer’s location and courier service availability.
VallariAmore is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
One Day Delivery (Offer Based)
One Day Delivery is available only during special promotional offers.
This service is applicable only to selected products and selected pin codes.
Delivery depends on courier partner availability.
VallariAmore reserves the right to withdraw or modify this offer at any time without prior notice.
4. Open Box Delivery Policy
Open Box Delivery is available only in locations where courier partners support this feature.
Customers must open and inspect the parcel in front of the delivery agent.
If the product is damaged or incorrect, the customer must refuse the parcel immediately.
Once the parcel is accepted and the OTP or delivery confirmation is provided, VallariAmore will not be responsible for damage claims.
Open Box Delivery allows customers to check the product only for damage or incorrect item, not for product trials.
5. Returns & Exchanges
Returns are not accepted for used, worn, or damaged products.
Exchange requests (if applicable) must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
Customers must provide proper unboxing video proof showing the unopened parcel and the product inside.
Customized or personalized products are not eligible for return or exchange.
6. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
7. Refund Policy
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.
Refunds will be issued through the original payment method used during purchase.
8. Liability
VallariAmore shall not be held liable for:
Delays caused by courier companies
Natural disasters or unforeseen circumstances
Minor design or color variations
Normal wear and tear after usage
9. Privacy Policy
Customer information is kept strictly confidential.
Personal details are used only for order processing, shipping, and communication purposes.
VallariAmore does not share customer information with third parties, except for courier partners and payment gateways required to complete the order.
